Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations. Once the production of your order has started, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified.

We regret to inform you that custom or special products cannot be canceled after production has commenced as we produce these items on a made-to-order basis and do not maintain stock.

If possible, we may offer alternative choices or solutions based on your original order.

Return Policy

How many days do you have to return a product?

To return a product to us, please ensure it is sent back within 30 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, 20% restocking fee will be charged after 30 days.

How much will you pay for return shipping?

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we will cover the return shipping costs. If your order is lost during shipment, we will either send you a replacement if the item is in stock, or provide a refund if it's out of stock.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, the item doesn't fit your needs, or you decide you no longer need it, we will refund the cost of the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If we issue a refund to you, we will deduct the return shipping fee.

Returning Items

If you wish to return items to us, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please note that without prior notice, we cannot accept returns, as we won't be able to match the return with your account.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and return address. Please note that the return address is not the same as our shipping or packaging address.

To ensure that we can accept your return package, please make sure the items are in the condition you received them: undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Email us the tracking number and send the package back to us promptly.

If we don't approve your return request or if your order is returned under conditions we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right not to process your order refund.

To process your return request, keep the original packaging materials and the shipping receipt as we may need them for an effective return process.

After sending items back to us, please email us a copy of the shipping receipt and the tracking number. This will expedite the return process as otherwise, we'll have to wait for the items to be delivered to our warehouse.

We recommend against refusing to accept our packages due to import duties or taxes. If you do so, you will be responsible for all the costs associated with returning the package to us.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that your return has been successfully received. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the funds will be credited to your credit card or the original payment method immediately.

Obtaining a Refund

For credit card payments, we will initiate the refund after you email us to notify us of the return of your items. It typically takes 5 to 10 days for most banks to process refunds.

If you require an alternative refund method, please allow up to 14 days for us to complete the return and refund process.

Delayed or Lost Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at hello@dazuma.com.

Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you are shipping items valued over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
